We spent Christmas at Black Butte. It was really nice, relaxing, and low-key, just what you want the holidays to be! This is the view from our house. We had a great time cross country skiing. It might be slower with kids but it is still certainly a workout! We also went on a horse-drawn carriage ride, spent some time swinging at the playground (Lucia insisted!), and playing in the pool/hot tub at the rec center. Two other family friends were there and we joined them for some cookie making and game playing . It was pretty awesome!
