Lucia turns 3

For her birthday, we spent the weekend at Willamette Pass with our friends Katie, Taylor and Everett, whose birthday is just a few days after Lucia's.



Lucia is 3. And 3 is soooo wow! All of a sudden, she tells stories, she tells us her thoughts, she has an extensive fund of language and emotion. Lucia is sweet and generous. She continues to show sweetness towards her baby brother and she is constantly playing with her baby dolls. She has more confidence with her physical self, jumping, climbing and running. She is beginning to try a little skiing and she is a blast to hang out with!

Oscar turns one!

Oscar turned one on New Year's Eve. I can't believe my little muchachito is one. He is a blast. He loves to play and laugh. When he sees a park or any animal from afar, he points and starts talking jibberish. I translate it into, 'hell yeah, let's hit it!.' He adores the animals and he is beginning to hug and snuggle up with baby dolls, just like his sister. What a lover!
